These terms of use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Darts Counter app (hereinafter "App", "Application") developed by FLAME Apps (hereinafter "we", "us", "FLAME Apps" or "Flame Apps"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you (hereinafter "you", "User") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. General

• Intended Use: The App is intended solely for personal entertainment and recreational use, specifically for counting and analyzing scores in darts games. Any other use is prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.

• User Responsibility: You use the App at your own risk. You are responsible for any changes to your device or any costs incurred from using the App. We cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, or costs resulting from the use of the App or related processes.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your country of residence to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Data Collection

3. Disclaimer of Liability

• No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLAME Apps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Excluded Uses: Any use of the App beyond its intended purpose, including but not limited to use in professional darts competitions or for gambling purposes, is strictly prohibited. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from such unauthorized use.

4. Severability

• Severability Clause: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

5. Acceptance of Terms

• Acknowledgment: By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the latest version of these Terms each time you use the App.
